    Thanks for getting this report to me. I had already come to some of these conclusions and appreciate the confirmation. Others I will incorporate.

    Sure tired of the whiny butts that don’t offer solutions.

    I had a boss tell me once to never come to him with a problem, unless I also had a solution. That has stuck with me and makes a lot of sense. Anything else is a waste of valuable time.
